At a meeting organised by Iberian Lawyer in Madrid, Vasco de Ataíde Marques, a partner in PLMJ’s corporate and M&A practice, has spoken about the challenges that are faced by those using the Portuguese justice system to resolve disputes. The current financial situation of the country has also had a negative impact on the Portuguese justice system as a result of the increased number of cases before the courts.
