PLMJ senior associate Paula Martinho da Silva to speak at Ciência Viva Conference on "Medically assisted reproduction"


Paula Martinho da Silva is a senior associate from PLMJ's intellectual property practice and a former president of the National Council of Ethics for Life Sciences. She is going to speak at a conference organised by Ciência Viva on the topic of "Medically assisted reproduction".

The conference will take place at Pavilhão do Conhecimento, in Parque das Nações, on 28 January between 19h30 and 21h.

Miguel Oliveira da Silva (also a former president of the National Council of Ethics for Life Sciences) will also speak at this conference, which will be moderated by  Ana Gerschenfeld from the newspaper O Público.  

This conference as part of a cycle of conferences organised by Ciência Viva, name “Dia C”. These conferences take place on the last Thursday of every month between 19:30 and 21:00. At each session, a panel of specialist presents a current controversial topic. This is followed by a debate between the specialist and the public, with the support of a moderator.
