Dearbhaile Banahan, a trainee lawyer at PLMJ’s office in the Algarve, has just defended her master’s thesis at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, on "Cross border Insolvency - COMI shifts: an entitlement under EU fundamental freedoms?" Dearbhaile Banahan earned a score of 18/20 for the defence of her thesis before a jury made up of professors Antonio Frada de Sousa, Manuel Fontaine Campos and Jan Dalhuisen.
