Pedro Gaspar da Silva joins PLMJ’s corporate and M&A team

PLMJ has strengthened its corporate and M&A team with the arrival of new associate, Pedro Gaspar da Silva. Pedro will focus on the area of energy and natural resources in a team led by PLMJ managing partner Manuel Santos Vitor.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, PLMJ’s new associate has a strong academic background.  His studies include a postgraduate course in securities law at the Securities Institute of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon), a master’s in law and management from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a business contracts negotiation course at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
