Pedro Sáragga Leal, coordinating partner of PLMJ’s real estate practice, was a guest speaker at the 4th Real Estate Forum of Luanda which was held in Angola’s capital. The PLMJ partner presented the topic "Some real estate financing instruments." APEMI and publication Jornal Expansão organised the meeting.
