Real Estate - Pedro Sáragga Leal speaks to Jornal de Negócios about the crisis in the real estate sector

Speaking to the newspaper Jornal de Negócios, Pedro Sáragga Leal, a partner in PLMJ and coordinator of the firm’s real estate practice area admits that since the latter part of 2009, this sector ha been showing signs of some recovery but he recognises that the signs have not been very strong nor very consistent.
