Renata Valenti, a senior counsel in PLMJ's Corporate M&A practice and a partner at PLMJ Colab Angola - RVA Advogados is a speaker at the Africa Construction Law Conference (ACL) 2022. This is a pan-African initiative that aims to promote thought leadership in the field of construction law and practice in Africa.
Diogo Duarte Campos, the partner who heads PLMJ's Public Law practice will also be present at an event that is being sponsored by PLMJ.
Hosted by construction law professionals from across Africa, the ACL is an important forum for lawyers, as well as contractors, consultants, government authorities. In particular, it is an opportunity to interact and discuss issues relating to: (i) the development of construction law and practice; and (ii) avoiding or resolving disputes in the construction industry in Africa.
