Serena Cabrita Neto speaks at conference at the Centre for Judicial Studies

Serena Cabrita Neto, a partner from PLMJ Tax, will be a speaker at the conference entitled "Tax Enforcement", which is an initiative of the Centre for Judicial Studies.

This will be a forum to debate topics relating to tax enforcement in the case law of the Supreme Administrative Court, the distribution of powers between the courts and the Portuguese Tax Authority in tax enforcement, the Taxation Procedure Costs Regulation, the processing of tax enforcement cases by Tax Authority, and subsidiary tax liability, among others.

The event takes place on 15 and 16 March at the Court Of Appeal in Porto.
