The work of PLMJ lawyers on the ANA privatisation is featured in Jornal de Negócios

PLMJ’s role in the privatisation of ‘ANA Aeroportos de Portugal’ is featured in the edition of the newspaper Jornal de Negócios on the deals that made it possible for the State company to be sold to the private sector. PLMJ’s involvement is coordinated Jorge Brito Pereira, the partner who heads the firm’s banking and finance, and capital markets practices, and by senior associates Duarte Schmidt Lino and Raquel Azevedo. They were also supported by PLMJ’s public law practice coordinated by partner Pedro Melo.
