Tiago Duarte comments on the proposed cut in civil servants’ salaries in Jornal de Negócios

Constitutional law specialist Tiago Duarte, a partner from PLMJ’s public law practice, has spoken to the newspaper Jornal de Negócios about the proposed cut in civil servants’ salaries. The legislation that is currently being analysed by the Constitutional court would make cuts to civil servants salaries and salaries would be reduced by 20% next year.
