PLMJ international partner and TTA partner Tomás Timbane is the joint coordinator of the first introductory course on arbitration which is an initiative of the Mozambique Bar Association's Sofala Provincial Council. Tomás is also a speaker at the session on 'The effects of the award' where he will address the topic 'Challenging the arbitral decision'.
This training is intended for professionals in the field and all those interested in arbitration. It will focus on issues such as the arbitration agreement, the arbitral tribunal, and injunctive relief.
