Vasco Ataíde Marques takes part in roundtable on M&A organised by Iberian Lawyer in Lisbon

Vasco Ataíde Marques, a partner in PLMJ’s corporate and M&A practice, has been invited to the next Iberian Lawyer debate on the challenges and opportunities for corporate and M&A transactions in face of the current circumstances of the market. The roundtable meeting brings together specialists who will debate the impact of the crisis on the corporate and M&A market and will also address difficulties in financing and other topics. The debate is organised by Iberian Lawyer and moderated by those responsible for the Iberian publication, and will take place on Friday 23 November in Lisbon.
