Sónia Martins Reis lectures on digital taxation course at Coimbra Faculty of Lawculdade de Coimbra

Sónia Martins Reis, of counsel in PLMJ's tax practice, is a lecturer on the course 'Law, new technologies and their regulation: the taxation of the digital economy' taking place on 4 and 5 March 2021. Sónia will address issues relating to the concept of digital taxation, taxation of artificial intelligence, the specific case of the Robot Tax, and the proposal for a Council Directive laying down rules on the taxation of companies with a significant digital presence, among others.

The UNIFOJ - Legal and Judicial Training Unit - is a project of the Permanent Justice Observatory (OPJ) of the Social Studies Centre (CES) of the University of Coimbra that provides advanced professional training in the areas of law and justice.
