GLA lawyer Elsa Tchicanha has written an opinion article on the Facilitation and Investments Agreement made between Angola and Brazil.
The GLA lawyer explains that "the aim of the agreement is to intensify and increase opportunities and business activities between the companies, but it does not define priority sectors. In Angola’s case, the priority sectors could well be agriculture, industry and hotels and tourism, and it is hoped that, in the near future, there will be Brazilian investment in these three sectors, in which the Brazilians have great experience".
