Nuno Líbano Monteiro believes the new Civil Procedure Code will speed up the administration of justice

Speaking to the newspaper Diário Económico, Nuno Líbano Monteiro, the PLMJ partner who coordinates the firm’s litigation team, believes that the new Civil Procedure Code (CPC) will speed up the workings of the Portuguese justice system. This reform of the CPC, which is already in force, is the first since 1939.
