PLMJ advises Forfar Education Limited on the acquisition of the Vilamoura International School

PLMJ advised Forfar Education Limited on its acquisitions of Escola Internacional de Vilamoura Lda. and Fair Selection Investimentos Imobiliários Lda. This strategic acquisition enables the Forfar Group to strengthen its presence in the Portuguese education market and establish its second school in the country.
