PLMJ closes the series of events on the celebration of its 40th Birthday as a Law Firm with the public ceremony of the donation of a sculpture from the renowned Portuguese artist Rui Chafes, specially commissioned by PLMJ Foundation, instituted under the theme “A law firm as a space for culture“, to be donated to the city of Lisbon.
To be installed in the garden in front of the PLMJ head offices in Lisbon, the sculpture besides enriching the artistic patrimony of the city represents the sharing with the community of the firm’s forty decades of success.
Emerging from the ground this large scaled piece of art is similar to recent works of the author one of them presented at the Lovaine Cathedral in Belgium.
The donation ceremony, with the presence of the Lisbon City Mayor and the Minister of Culture, shall take place next Tuesday, the 1st of April, at 6 pm, right in front of PLMJ’s main Office, Edifício Eurolex, Av. da Liberdade, nº 224, in Lisbon.
