In conjunction with Almedina, PLMJ is pleased to announce the fourth edition of the Construction Law Congress.
The construction sector is currently experiencing a unique period, with an investment of €60 billion announced for infrastructure and transport over the next 10 years, to which a significant investment in housing will be added due to the current shortage in this area.
Implementing all these projects requires preparation and the mobilisation of substantial technical and financial resources, as well as a new form of collaboration between the state and the private sector.
