PLMJ of counsel Pedro Caetano Nunes to speak at 4th Corporate Law Congress

PLMJ of counsel, Pedro Caetano Nunes, is to speak at the 4th Corporate Law in Review Congress. The Congress takes place on 8 and 9 April at the Hotel Altis in Lisbon and is sponsored by PLMJ.

The aim of this event is to take a look at the rights and duties of directors, the legal framework for corporate finances, the way corporate bodies work and the critical stages in the life of a company.
