PLMJ real estate and public law specialists speak to the magazine Algarve Resident about maritime domain

Margarida Osório de Amorim and Andreia Candeias Mousinho PLMJ, specialists in real estate and public law (respectively) have spoken to the Algarve Resident on the law that provides that owners whose properties adjoin the sea or rivers have until 1 January to prove that their property has been in private hands for at least 150 years, otherwise they run the risk of having their property nationalised.
