PLMJ strengthens its leadership in Chambers Europe 2026

 PLMJ has once again reinforced its leading position in the Chambers Europe 2026 rankings, with 14 practice areas in Band 1.

We are particularly pleased to see the Private Equity, Real Estate and Restructuring & Insolvency practices rise to the top tier and join our other Band 1 practices. This recognition, which we owe to our clients and peers, reinforces our role as genuine strategic partners who fully embrace the challenges of the clients who trust us to support their business plans.

Alongside the firm-wide results – and of course, thanks to outstanding talent – we are also pleased to announce 66 individual rankings, particularly those lawyers who have moved up this year. Four more PLMJ partners received special recognition:

• Bruno Ferreira has been elevated Eminent Practitioner in Banking & Finance and Capital Markets;
• André Figueiredo has been promoted to Band 1 in Banking & Finance;
• Nuno Líbano Monteiro has been elevated to Senior Statesperson in Dispute Resolution and Restructuring/Insolvency;
• Diogo Duarte de Campos was promoted Band 1 in Business Law Porto - Public Law.

There are also 9 new individual entries and 15 promotions across the lawyers’ rankings.
