PLMJ welcomes a new group of trainee lawyers for 2014

PLMJ has welcomed its latest group of trainee lawyers to begin their 3-year training programme.

The 23 recent law graduates join PLMJ’s offices in Lisbon, Oporto and Faro, for a new phase of professional learning and discovery that will lead to them being admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association. The new trainee lawyers come from Portugal’s leading law faculties at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, the Universities of Lisbon and Coimbra and Universidade Católica Portuguesa. 

This group is chosen by the PLMJ Training and Recruitment Committee, which seeks candidates with the profile and ambition to embrace a career with a future who aspire to one day become partners at the firm. Each trainee is mentored by a sponsor (usually a PLMJ partner) who provides support during the 3-year training period.
