Ricardo Rocha talks to Iberian Lawyer about the Cannabis market in Portugal

Ricardo Rocha, a senior associate in PLMJ's Healthcare, Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical practice , told the Iberian Lawyer that Portugal is in a position to continue to attract many players in the cannabis market: "Portugal continues to attract a lot of global players, which are maintaining and even increasing their investments in Portugal".

The expert adds that the country has conditions for cultivation and a good regulatory framework: "We have the perfect conditions to cultivate cannabis and the regulatory framework is not too heavy."
