Tiago Duarte speaks at 2nd Peru International Investment Arbitration Congress

PLMJ Arbitration partner Tiago Duarte has spoken at the 2^nd International Investment Arbitration Congress organised by the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration, which took place in Lima, Peru. Tiago Duarte was the only Portuguese lawyer to attend the congress which brought together arbitration specialists from around the world. Tiago Duarte spoke on "the protection of investors’ expectations and the obligation of fair and equal treatment on the part of states".
