Private Competition Damages Actions

The European Parliament and the Council have formally adopted, on 26 November 2014, the Directive on damages actions for the infringement of EU and national competition laws (the "Directive"). Significant implications are expected for private competition damages actions within the EU from this much anticipated legislation.
