Special public procurement measures

The recently approved legislative package on public procurement goes beyond simply amending the Public Contracts Code and includes a number of special measures. The focus of these special measures is to speed up the implementation of projects supported by European funds, but their scope is broader and the measures themselves are asymmetric.
