About Sofia

Sofia is a managing associate in the Real Estate and Tourism practice and has more than 10 years' experience. She regularly advises Portuguese and international clients across a wide range of sectors, particularly retail, shopping centres, agribusiness, office, residential, renewable energy, telecommunications and infrastructure.

She has assisted clients in a variety of real estate transactions, representing them at all stages of the transaction and acting particularly in relation to sales, leases, the creation of property rights and land restructuring.

Sofia holds a postgraduate degree in real estate law from Católica Lisbon School of Law. She was also a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law and holds a master's degree in legal procedure and practice from NOVA School of Law.

She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Institute's Young Leaders Group.
