Ana Margarida Batista
Joined PLMJ in 2022.
Associate in the Public Law practice.
About Ana Margarida
Ana Margarida is an associate in the Public Law practice. She provides advice on town and country planning, land use law and administrative litigation and she specialises in representing clients in administrative licensing procedures and real estate transactions. She has also gained experience in the tourism, housing, and agribusiness sectors.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Land Planning, Urban and Environmental Law Studies from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
