About Francisco
Francisco is an associate in the Public Law practice. He provides legal advice in the areas of public law, energy and infrastructure, and regulatory and transactional matters relating to private and state-sponsored projects.
He holds a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Criminal Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, as well as a master's degree in European Law from the University of Amsterdam.
