Henrique Galado
Joined PLMJ in 2025.

About Henrique
Henrique is an associate in the Public Law practice area.
He has experience in urban planning and land use in both the public and private sectors.
He holds a law degree and a master's degree in judicial law procedure, both from NOVA School of Law.
Henrique began his professional career at Vieira Fonseca Advogados, subsequently working as a legal advisor and chief of staff at the Lisbon City Council's Urban Planning Department. In this role, he coordinated and monitored strategic projects in urban planning, urban licensing, and public space design. He was also a parliamentary advisor in the Portuguese Parliament, where he worked on issues relating to the environment, energy and spatial planning, among other things.
