About Inês

Inês is an associate in the European and Competition practice. She advises clients on matters relating to Portuguese and European competition law, including restrictive practices, and has extensive experience in leniency and settlement proceedings. She also specialises in abuses of a dominant position, merger control, vertical agreements and implementing compliance programmes.

Inês holds a postgraduate degree in European Union Competition Law from King's College London. She earned her law degree from the Faculty of Law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from Tilburg University. Prior to joining PLMJ, she completed several internships, including one at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
