João Ferreira Duarte
Joined PLMJ in 2022.
Associate in the Employment and Labour practice.
About João
João is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice, advising national and international clients across a wide range of industries. His work primarily focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, insurance matters, insolvency proceedings, and business recovery mechanisms.
He holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Forensic Law and Arbitration at the same institution. João also completed a Postgraduate course in Contractual Litigation, Mediation, and Arbitration at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisbon School).
