About Rita
Rita is an associate in the Litigation practice and has 5 years’ experience as a lawyer. Her main area of focus is judicial proceedings in the contexts of civil, corporate, criminal and administrative offence litigation.
Rita has also dealt with court proceedings involving civil liability in contract and tort.
She completed a postgraduate course in data protection law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and attended the master’s course in criminal legal sciences at the same university.
Before joining PLMJ, Rita was a lawyer at the law firm SPS - Sociedade de Advogados and a member of the legal and compliance department at the insurance company Grupo Novo Banco – GNB – Companhia de Seguros de Vida.
