About Tobias

Tobias is a senior associate at the German Desk and has more than seven years' experience. He advises clients from German-speaking countries on investments in Portugal and focuses primarily on corporate and civil law.

He assists companies and private investors at all stages of their projects, including company incorporations, mergers and acquisitions. He also negotiates commercial contracts and advises on real estate transactions and other investments.

Tobias represents clients in dispute resolution matters at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages. He specialises in commercial disputes between companies, particularly for clients from Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

He holds a master's degree in legal and business studies from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, where he also obtained his law degree and worked as a teaching assistant in commercial law.
