About Anja

Anja is a senior counsel at the German Desk. She has 20 years' experience focusing on corporate and M&A matters, German law, employment and labour law, and real estate law. She regularly advises German-speaking clients on civil law matters.

Anja has also worked on projects in the tourism sector and has assisted clients with setting up companies, advising on corporate matters, and buying and selling property.

Anja is a member of Rechtsanwaltskammer Sachsen and DIRO, and has contributed to publications issued by international organisations and to the magazine of the Portuguese-German Chamber of Commerce.

Before joining PLMJ, Anja worked as a lawyer in Germany, at the German Embassy in Lisbon and at the law firm Sérvulo & Associados.

She is admitted to the German Bar.
