Joined PLMJ in 2025.

About Joana
Joana specialises in providing legal advice on industrial property matters, particularly trademarks and designs.
She has a solid academic background and extensive professional experience, and has successfully managed matters involving the registration, protection and defence of industrial property rights.
Joana has been an Official Industrial Property Agent and a European Trademark and Design Attorney since 2012, and she has extensive experience in consulting, litigation and intellectual property portfolio management.
Prior to joining PLMJ, she was an Official Industrial Property Agent and European Trademark and Design Attorney at Inventa and A.G. da Cunha Ferreira, Lda.
