Managing associate in the Dispute Resolution practice.
About Rita
Rita is a managing associate in the Dispute Resolution practice and has more than 10 years' experience.
She specialises in civil and commercial litigation, as well as insolvency and restructuring. Rita advises on judicial restructurings, including special revitalisation processes (PER) and insolvency proceedings, as well as out-of-court restructurings (RERE). At all stages of these proceedings, she acts for investors, creditors and debtors.
Her clients are predominantly investment funds, corporate groups and large companies operating across a wide range of sectors.
Rita has taught modules on postgraduate courses in corporate restructuring, with a particular focus on special revitalisation processes (PER).
