In an interview published in PLMJ in Review 2010/2011, the members of PLMJ’s committee on trainee lawyers reveal the profile the firm looks for when recruiting new trainee lawyers and give some detail about how candidates can shine. The team made up of partners Pedro Metello de Nápoles and Tiago Duarte, and senior associate Rita Júdice, explains the procedure for this first phase of a lawyer’s career path and what it is like to work at PLMJ.
