The newspaper Jornal de Negócios has dedicated an in-depth article to the most important privatisations that have taken place in Portugal and to PLMJ’s role in them. The most recent was Caixa Seguros, in which PLMJ advised the Chinese company, Fosun.
Speaking to the newspaper, PLMJ founding partner and head of international projects, Luís Sáragga Leal, explained that the protection of strategic national interests is guaranteed most effectively, “by using concession agreements”.
