PLMJ advises ECS Capital on acquisition of Dolce Vita Funchal, Vivaci Caldas da Rainha and Vivaci Guarda

PLMJ was responsible for providing legal advice to ECS Capital on the operations of acquisition and restructuring of BCP credits to control the assets Dolce Vita Funchal (Grupo Chamartín Portugal), Vivaci Caldas da Rainha and Vivaci Guarda (Vivaci group), on behalf of the fund managed by ECS Capital.

Both of the operations were handled by the M&A/private equity team headed by PLMJ partner Duarte Schmidt Lino. Assisting him were a group of PLMJ lawyers made up of partner Filipa Cotta, senior associate Inês Pinto da Costa and associates Tomás Almeida Ribeiro, Jorge Serrote and Raquel Cardoso Nunes.
