About Tomás
Tomás is a partner in the Corporate M&A practice and has 15 years' experience. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, venture capital regulatory matters, corporate disputes and privatisations.
He advises clients across a range of industries and sectors, including real estate, shopping centres, tourism, agro-industry, shipbuilding and sports.
Before joining PLMJ, Tomás was a lawyer at the Lisbon office of Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho. He was also an adviser to the Minister of State and of Regional Development of the 19th Constitutional Government of Portugal.
Tomás holds a law degree from NOVA School of Law and completed a postgraduate course in corporate law at Católica Lisbon School of Law.
