Portuguese European Law Association (APDE) elects PLMJ Lawyers for its Social Boards

The Portuguese European Law Association (APDE) appointed José Luis da Cruz Vilaça, PLMJ Equity Partner heading the Firm’s EU Law and Competition Practice for President of the Board of Directors, Rui Chancerelle de  Machete, PLMJ Consultant and Coordinator for the Firm’s Public Law Practice, for President of the General Assembly Board  and Miguel Marques de Carvalho, Associate with the Firm’s  the EU Law and Competition Practice, for Secretary for the General Assembly Board for a two-year mandate initiated the past 6^th of May.

The APDE shall be ensuring the Portuguese participation in the “XXIVth FIDE - Fédération Internationale pour le Droit Européen – Congress”– taking place in Madrid the 3rd to the 6th of November 2010 through the participation of 3  National Speakers two of those being Jorge Brito Pereira, PLMJ Equity Partner heading the Firm’s Capital Markets Practice  and Senior Associate Luís Miguel Romão, with the Firm’s EU Law and Competition Team, who will be  addressing the Congress on the issue “The relationship between the Public and the Private capital stock in the European Union”
