The changes in the new competition law and the new powers of the competition authority will be the topic of a debate in a business breakfast held on 1 March in the PLMJ auditorium.

PLMJ is organising a debate on the new competition law and increase in the powers of the competition authority, which is currently being discussed by the Portuguese parliament. PLMJ’s European and competition law practice will be presenting the debate that will take place on 1 March in PLMJ’s Auditorium in Lisbon. PLMJ partners José Luis da Cruz Vilaça and Ricardo Oliveira, who lead the European and competition law practice, will present the topic and answer questions on key points regarding the changes in the new law together with senior associates Maria João Melícias, Pedro Marques Bom, Sara Estima Martins, Taís Issa De Fendi, Luís Miguel Romão and Luís Pinto Monteiro and Luís Pinto Romão and associate Miguel Marques de Carvalho.
