Tomás Almeida Ribeiro joins PLMJ's private equity team

PLMJ's private equity team has welcomed a new member who specialises in private equity and venture capital. Tomás Almeida Ribeiro joins a newly independent team coordinated by PLMJ partner, Duarte Schmidt Lino. with the creation of this team, PLMJ guarantees greater specialisation in the services it provides in this area, which include the structuring of funds and other investment vehicles, advice on regulatory issues and M&A operations, restructuring, financing, mezzanine debt issues, on a domestic and international level.
