Nuno Serrão Faria
Joined PLMJ in 2009.
Senior counsel in the Corporate M&A practice.
About Nuno
Nuno is a senior counsel in the Corporate M&A practice and has more than 15 years' experience. He advises clients on project development and finance in Portugal, particularly in the renewable energy sector, where his clients include leading international industry participants.
He has been actively involved in implementing and operating of projects and infrastructure, particularly in the energy sector, as well as in structuring investments and transactions in this field.
Nuno also advises on corporate governance and finance, private equity and commercial contracts, as well as mergers, spin-offs, and the acquisition and restructuring of companies across a range of industries and sectors.
He holds a master's degree in business law from NOVA School of Law and an LL.M. in international financial law from King's College London. He also completed a postgraduate course in corporate finance at the University of Lisbon.
