Pedro Melo to speak at major seminar on "The Reform of the European Public Procurement Model" organised by the UIA

With "The Reform of the European Public Procurement Model in Times of Credit Crisis", the UIA - Union Internationale des Avocats has organised yet another major seminar to take place in Lisbon on 24 and 25 May. The seminar will bring together leading specialists in public and administrative law and Pedro Melo, the partner who coordinates PLMJ’s public law practice is one of the guest speakers at the debate on the subject of “Transparency and Fairness in Concessions: a New Directive”, on 24 May at 4.15 p.m. The seminar is being held at the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon and the Minister of Justice will open the event.
