“Our traineeship wasn’t just training, it was a bootcamp”

Bruno Ferreira likens the traineeship to a boot camp and reminisces about his disillusionment with the world of high finance, recalling how he and 40 other trainees had to line up at 5 a.m. at the commercial registry office in his 20s.
