Constitutional law expert Tiago Duarte speaks to SIC

PLMJ partner Tiago Duarte, who works in the firm’s public law practice area and is Professor of constitutional law at Lisbon’s Universidade Nova, was the guest of the TV channel SIC in his capacity as an expert on constitutional law. Tiago spoke about the ramifications of the petition seeking a referendum on same-sex marriage which has been delivered to the Portuguese parliament.
