Dinis Tracana will be speaking at the conference, which is titled 'Tax Treaty Case Law Around the Globe 2026' and is being organised by the Tilburg Tax Institute (Tilburg University) and the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law (WU).
The tax partner will participate in two panels, sharing his perspective on the topics 'Income Qualification: Royalties or Business Income' and 'Conflicts of Income Qualification: Non-Compete and Independent Professional Income'.
The conference will see experts from 25 jurisdictions discuss some of the most significant tax treaty cases at a global level.
