Diogo Duarte de Campos is participating in an event organised by the Portuguese Arbitration Association (APA).

As head of the Public Law practice, the partner is chairing a panel discussion on the topic 'Is there arbitration in pre-contractual disputes?'.

The session is part of the 'Conversations on Administrative Arbitration' series and will bring together various experts to discuss key issues in administrative arbitration at the Commercial Arbitration Centre in Lisbon.
